From Munich to Gorna Oryahovitsa - International Guests at Aviation Day 2026

Business and media relationships connected the Bulgarian aviation forum with Germany

International attendance was a visible part of Aviation Day 2026. Representatives of the German Embassy joined Bulgarian officials and aviation-industry participants at Gorna Oryahovitsa Airport. Among the invited international business and media guests was Munich-based Anna Stukkert, associated with Congress Awards and the Berliner Telegraph.

Stukkert participated in a professional and media capacity, not as a government delegate. Her business collaborator Alyona Iakymchuk also attended. Their presence reflected cross-border private-sector connections and the possibility of bringing regional development stories to international audiences.

Silvia Djagarova of Magazine Banker Special was also part of the international-facing network surrounding the event, underscoring the role of media relationships in bringing regional stories to wider audiences.

The forum itself was hosted by the airport and supported by the municipality, with Diamond Aircraft and Range Rover among its strategic partners. Its international profile came from the combination of industry demonstrations, diplomatic attendance and private-sector networks.

The official programme brought together aviation, tourism and lifestyle in a deliberate way. Galina Raycheva of the National Tourism Board and TouchPoint was among the prominent figures, alongside Antoni Tarnitsov of the airport board and Todor Ivandzhikov of the Bulgarian Aviation Industry Association. The gathering also welcomed representatives of the German Embassy and Lieutenant Colonel Plamen Krastev with aviation cadets.

Its partner ecosystem extended well beyond the headline aircraft manufacturer. The published list named Drustar Consulting, TouchPoint, Travel & Lifestyle, LABOR8, Lacrima, Frezco, Frezkoliada, Oliver Weber, Arrivo Premium Transfers, BNK, artist Mika Sav and the National Tourism Board. Each contributed a different business or cultural dimension to the programme.
