Today she is the founder of Leadership Access Group, an international company creating exclusive experiences during the World Economic Forum in Davos, the Cannes Film Festival and the Venice Film Festival. Alongside this work, she has built an international coaching practice dedicated to helping women reinvent their lives with intention.

Whether she is bringing together global leaders or working one to one with a coaching client, her goal remains the same: creating space for transformation through meaningful human connection.

Redefining What It Means to Have It All

Rather than pursuing perfection, Biss encourages women to pursue alignment, between ambition and wellbeing, success and inner peace, achievement and authenticity. This philosophy became the foundation of The I.R.I.N.A. Method, a coaching framework built around five stages: Identify, Reconnect, Imagine, Navigate and Act.
